all ready at the starter buffet, you will find an assortment of antipaste and fresh salads, which precede our daily 4-course menu. We appreciate the Bavarian cuisine such as Bratenpfandl, Surfleisch, and Tafelspitz. Delicacies vary on the menu each day. Also favored dishes of our neighbors, such as; Saltimbocca, Lammkeule Provencale, or Spanische Paella are proudly served here. And of course, a-LOT-of Fish!
Tasty vegetarian options include; Reiberdatschi, Pikante Strudel, Swiss Cheese in Beer-batter, and Spagetti with home-made wild garlic pesto - often we use our own garden or develop recipes incorporating seasonal products from the local area, mushrooms from the Bavarian Forrest, or apples fresh from the orchard.
Fine from the top of the day, spicy and sweet, fresh and fruity, at the buffet you will find everything your palate desires. Jams are made from the fruits of our own orchard, spread heavenly on a buttery roll. On a warm day with the sun glistening on the water you will find most people prefer to have their breakfast on the lakeside terrace. Many have found their favorite spot to spend the day.
The heart of our hotel restaurant is the elegant Kristallbar. Tea and coffee is served there as well as fruit brandies and freshly mixed cocktails. Next door, in the romantic-room, you can enjoy the 4-course meal in the evening by candlelight. A fire flickers in the natural sun room.
